Warranty
My family is from Venezuela and came to the US to buy a stove, and a grill because they are opening a small restaurant. The company that shipped the equipment is very corporate and serious in Miami. However the equipment that they sent does not work in Venezulea beacuse of the issue of the gas we have, propaine gas. The company knew that but by they made the mistake, of sending the wrong one. My family is stuck in Venezuela unable to start working beacuse of this.
Can we do something at this point, beacuse the equipment is in Venezuela. We are extremely upset because the company is not willing to exchange the kitchen set. We are then going to send back the kitchen set after the new kitchen has arrived.
