How long, in the state of texas, does a furniture have to be liable for the furniture after it is sold? All of our furniture is sold on an ''all sales final'' basis and this is on our receipts.

Based on what you have written, it appears that you are attempting to limit liability for the goods sold by your company. The disclosure written on your receipts, "all sales final", may potentially leave your company subject to some future legal actions. As for a statue of limitations to bring an action, that would be determinative upon what the actual cause of action is being alleged against your company.
