traffic violation-high beam usage
My niece was on a county road in wood county, ohio, when a car with his high beams approached, she ''flashed'' her lights to get them to dim but after dual attempt they did not and once they passed her they flipped around and the state officer stopped her, told her it was illegal to flash her high beams, stated that law has been existant since summer of 2008, told her that officers have been high beaming to catch offenders and wrote her a ticket. My question is this, can an officer commit an offense to force a person to commit an offense?
Several residents have gotten stuck in the elevators (quite often)
Getting attacked in the garage are real
When elevators not working no other way to get upstairs, safety hazard.
I was breathing bacteria into my lungs, inhaling residue possibly toxic & certainly any number of respiratory irritants into my lungs for two and a half years. Dryer duct was busted
Fire hazard mix water, electricity dry lint. The hole/space was full of dust/lint. Units in this building needs to be checked for this issue because mine is definitely not the only one. Since the building was opened W/Ds not cleaned nor inspected for safety. I could have burned to death.
Day after replacing the W/D received notice lease will not be renewed I am being retaliated against I complained about the dryer hose being broken and refused to be bullied by an out-of-control manager. Building manager verbally abuse two wheel bound residents and myself.
Another resident went through same issues with W/D
Thank you for reading this letter of plight and thank you for your time
