cps
i was arrested a month ago for DWLS, the officer whom arrested me informed me that he would be calling CPS because i would not give them information on a friend of mine! I got out of jail that day and the next day CPS came to my house! They spoke with my children my self and my friend,the case worker was informed that there was meth being made in my house and that we had two pounds of it,along with some other B/S!!I had to place my children until i passed a drug screen!This started on the 21st of march I toke my drug screen on the 22nd of march and just got results back on the 9th of april! everything in my screen that came back i had scripts for,so they spoke with my doctor and pharmasist. And they still havent givin my children back,they mentioned another test but have not called!! my children were removed from there home and are going thru alot of stress due to unfairness,and a cop who thinks he need to make an example of me! What can I do??Is there any way to file perjury or harassment on this officer?I mean there are children who need CPS but mine were very safe where they were!The officer who escorted CPS said he would do what ever to help,because they shouldnt have been removed!
