I purchased a small sierra mist from a taco bell thru the drive thru for my kids who were thirsty. The kids drank from it as well as my self. When the drink was finished we opened it to get some ice to eat only to find a dead bug stuck to the inside of the cup and you can actually see a part where there is blood smeared too. It was very disgusting!! Do we have a case?

Bad Car Experience/Can I Sue

I took a 2006 Monte Carl back to the dealer that sold it to me because the frame was bent. They gave me a 2008 Pontiac and tacked on 7500.00 to the cost for buying out the Monte Carlo. No one at the dealership want to work with me by lowering my payments or the amount of the car they are ignoring my calls and when I go up there everybody is too busy. I want my car back or a better contract agrrement. What should I do? Can I sue them?

I bought a car from a ''lot'' a small bussines , and I pay in cash $3500 dollars but the car broke down two hours later. I took it back and they said that they will fixed and that I leave it there for a day only but it has been two weeks and they haven't fixed neather give it back to me. they said that it is not their responsability to fix it because on the contract said ( sold as it is) I know that's true but I want my money back since two weeks have gone and they haven't give me the car eather the money. what can I do about it?

Hello, I am interested in manufacturing some reproduction parts of parts no longer being made or offered by the original manufacturer. Some of the parts had the original manufacturers name/emblem on it. I am concerned about the legalities of making the parts with and without the name/emblem. Any info on this would be appreciated. drug liability case

there is a multi-district litigation going on in minnesota in which i am the only pro se litigant out of about 400 cases. the court selected 3 bellwether cases for ''the parties to evaluate their settlement positions.'' after the first case ended with the plaintiff being awarded $8.3 million, the second and third bellwethers were quickly settled with details not being disclosed. now the court is set to hold a conference to ascertain if a fourth bellwether is needed. as a layperson, this not only seems unfair because 2/3 of the info with which plaintiffs were to evaluate their positions is being hidden from them, but it seems shady that we had 3 trials scheduled, the defense rushes to settle, and now they want another bellwether trial. is this typical of bellwether trials? i also can't help but to think that plaintiff's counsel is working with defense counsel at the expense of certain clients.

Car purchase

I bought a 2009 Toyota Corrolla last evening. This morning I took it on the highway and put the rear windows down and my ears nearly exploded with the pressure change. The cabin of the car shook violently and the rear view mirror vibrated intensely. I toof the car back to the dealer and the salesman agreed to ride with me toexperience it. The salesman was startled at the pressure chanmge and vibrations, but after talking with ''the other salesmen'' told me that all small air tight cars do that. I told him this was unacceptable and he said he would talk toi his general manager. I then went to the Honda dealer and test drove a new Civic. It certainly did not make nearly the pressure change or vibrations that the Corrolla did. I do not want this car and I wonder if there is anything I can do or say to the sevice manager whom I will be speaking with on Monday, to get out of this deal. The pressure and vibrations in the cabin of the car are frightening and I fear that I can get ear damage. Also, it is just not acceptable to be to have to tolerate that from a new car.....Please help.

found worm in food

In the office we have a basket with candy with minuature chocolate that we have for sweet sancks. Today I took a piece of chocolate opened it only to find found a worm in the candy. I did not eat it; but wrapped it back up as I would like to know what my recourse is. It appears the candy may have been purchased like this and it is bad.

Vehicle crash no airbags (revised)

In my earlier question i had asked about a possible lawsuit pertaining to airbags not deploying as well as the seatbelts not locking . I neglected to mention that it was in a 2008 Model vehicle if that matters.

Bought a house infested with mites

Can I take legal actions against a person who sold me ahouse infested with some kind of mites? I have exterminated the house and these mites are still there. I have an infant at home. These mites bite me and my baby. I have welts all over my body. Since I bring my baby to my mom's house now she has them too. Ive been spending tons of money in drs, medicine and stuff to get rid of the mites.

settelment

My husband was receiving a settelment. He was already paid half of it. The attorney had signed off on the remainder and had sent the paperwork for the check to be processed when my husband had a massive heart attack and passed away. Am I entitled to receive that money for living expences for myself and our children?
