I was scammed by a man with a fake website, he has received my item with no payment. What rights do I have?

If this was through eBay, then you need to report it to them and they might be able to get you some money or at least shut him down. Otherwise, you could only shut down the website or possibly pressure him to pay you to keep his site up. My firm focuses on Internet and entertainment law.
