4th Degree DWI
I recently got charged with a 4th degree DWI. This was my first offense. I am 18 and i blew a .098 on the road breathalyzer i believe a PBT test and I was driving with my instructional permit. The passenger my brother i thought had a license and the police told me his license was revoked. He blew a .25 on the PBT and we are in the state of Minnesota. My record is clean this is my first arrest. I have my court date in approximately 25 days and I am wondering what penalties I will be facing. I did agree to take the test after the officer i believe read me the ICA.
