MY daughter found a screw in her food from a fast food restaurant- the insurance co from the restaurant is giving us the runaround saying he needs to check video and find the paper work that was filled out- what is our legal recourse to fight this company- by the way it was at Taco Bell- I know they recently have had different issues recently with advertisement.
