I am being harrassed by this guy and he is smoking illegal drugs on the job right in front of the boss the co worker is very demeaning to me he is always on my case and yesterday he got in my face i walked off the job site and went home today i was fired and my health insurance for my son and I was cancelled is there anything I can do
