When children become adults in a rental is it possible to increase the amount of rent in addition to the rent stabilization board's allotted 2.2%? The property is located in San Francisco and was leased to 2 adults and 3 children in July of 1992. The rent then was $1200. and now it is $1546.

Can law students advertise services that do not require an attorney per se?

In areas of law, such as setting up

LLCS or S Corps and even

representing students in honor code

hearings and investigations an

attorney is not mandated by law to

be apart of. So can a law student

advertise for these things if they

have experience? Honor code

proceedings to do require an attorney

just a representative of the student's

choice so why couldn't a student with

knowledge charge a much lesser

amount to other student's who get

raked through the coals on trumped

up charges by high priced attorneys,

when a student could do just as good

if not better giving advice and helping

out through the process, but

charging a lesser fee?

Regarding liability for a cleaning service:

My service is similar to a car wash. Should I ask the owner to acknowledge previous damage to their property before I start cleaning it? Should I then follow up with asking them to acknowledge that I've done no damage in the process of my service?

I'm not aware of car wash services taking this precaution, and would rather not make my customer go through this extra step unless it would really help me prevent misunderstandings after my service is completed.
