Locker Room Patrol
I'm a member of a Gym and I am very disturbed by someone that they have monitoring the locker rooms. He also monitors the showers. He literally stands there and watches. There's no way that his duties include violating people like that. I'm sure they are doing it to curb some of the less than moral activities that may occur but seriously don't think it's legal. Can you tell me a little about my rights as a taxpaying adult in New York (city) to my privacy from an employee monitoring me in the shower. I have a feeling that it's a civil rights violation
