What kind of form do I need to do an ''on-the-street'' interview for our church? We are a non-profit video ministry and need to know what we need in order to video tape people in a public setting.
Legally incompetent?
My 56 yr old brother is on 100% psych disability from the Army. He is currently refusing all meds and counseling, and his behavior indicates a very tenuous grasp on reality. He cannot even keep straight what day it is. His landlord is giving him until March 31st to vacate his apartment,due to complaints from other tenants. He will be unable to secure another apartment, and is in danger of being homeless. What can I do for him, since he will not help himself?
