This is a license discipline case in which Petitioner seeks to take disciplinary action against Respondent, a licensed medical doctor, on the basis of alleged violations of paragraphs (j), (m), (t), and (x) of Section 458.331(1), Florida Statutes. The alleged violations are set forth in two administrative complaints, both of which were docketed as a single case when they were referred to the Division of Administrative Hearings.1Charges against Respondent, a medical doctor, were not proved by clear and convincing evidence.
