Angela Morrison has an administrative law practice focused on complex regulatory matters.
ENVIRONMENTAL: Angela was formerly a partner at Hopping Green & Sams, practicing there for 25 years before founding her own firm in 2014. She has focused much of her career on air quality permitting and related regulatory and enforcement matters, including climate change programs, energy facilities siting, solid waste permitting, wetland permitting, and EPCRA/CERCLA reporting matters. She represents numerous clients from a variety of industry categories including electric utilities, cement manufacturing, phosphate fertilizer, ethanol, biomass, waste-to-energy, wastewater, and landfills. Angela is active with the Florida Bar's Environmental and Land Use Law Section and the American Bar Association's Environment Energy & Resources Section.
DISABILITY RIGHTS: Angela represents individuals faced with discrimination due to disabilities. She advocates for their civil rights under the Americans With Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. She also represents students and their parents under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, the ADA, and Section 504.
