The issue is whether Respondent, School Board of Alachua County, Florida, discriminated against Linda Smith, Petitioner, on the basis of her race or gender, or retaliated against her for engaging in protected activities in violation of the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, sections 760.01-760.11, Florida Statutes (2019).1Petitioner failed to establish that Respondent took an adverse employment action against her or that any employment action taken by Respondent was in retaliation for Petitioner's having engaged in protected activities.
