The issue presented is whether Petitioner was a supervisory employee as defined by Section 110.205(2)(x), Florida Statutes (2001), and was therefore properly reclassified from Career Service to Selected Exempt Service effective July 1, 2001.Petitioner`s position as Engineering Supervisor retained sufficient supervisory responsibility to support reclassification to select exempt status.
