The issue in this matter is whether section 330.30(3)(f), Florida Statutes, exempts Petitioner from obtaining the approval of the Department of Transportation prior to using a private heliport site adjacent to his property.Petitioner failed to prove that his heliport is exempt from Department approval under section 330.30(3)(f).
