I am a female. I work in a restaurant as a server . I have a customer that is continually making rude sexual innuendos concerning my body parts as compared to the food she orders and has actually taken pictures of me without my permission while I am working. I have confronted her and told her I am extremely uncomfortable with this and that she may NOT take my picture. She laughs as if it is a joke. I have assured her AND my boss that this is no joke. I recently have refused to serve her because of this. Do I have that right? My boss says I cannot refuse her service. What can I do?

I recently was fired from my job. I strongly believe it was due to my pregnancy. I work in a small private dental office as a Registered Dental Assistant. I keep reading that the pregnancy protection law only protects you if you have more than 15 workers. We have less than that. What else can I do? This is not a situation I'm willing to slip by because it is DISCRIMINATION!

Is there a law as to what language can be spoken in a work place?. Fellow employees speak Spanish and I asked them to please speak English and she replied it's not her problem I don't speak it and for me to learn Spanish.
