I am board certified by the Florida Bar in Construction law and am a Fellow of the National Contract Management Association. I am an active member of my local Chapters of the National Contract Management Association, the Associated Builders and Contractors and Home Builders and Contractors of Brevard. I frequently speak and write on a variety of subjects involving government contracts and construction law.
I participate in numerous community services projects and have received the distinguished service award from the Melbourne/Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce for contributions to the community and the Chamber.

A substantial portion of my Government contract practice involes various aspects representing clients in contract disputes with local, state and federal government agencies. I am Board Certified in Florida Construction Law and a Fellow of the National Contract Managment Association.
The majority of my Government contracts work involves construction cases. The next largest portion of my government contracts practice involves representing manufacturing and service firms. I represent clients in all aspects of Government contracts from preparing bids, bid protests, advising on disputes and litigation of Government contract disptues.
A substantial portion of my contract work involves drafting, reviewing and interpreting construction contracts and public contracts.
In addition to representing clients in arbitrations, I provide services as an arbitrator primarily in construction and commercial disputes.
In addition to representing clients in mediations, I am a certified mediator in the State of Florida.
