scam artist.
ignored everything i said during the phone call. literally did the opposite of what i wanted. ended up costing me 3 times what it would have to deal with it myself. I wish I had looked at all the awful reviews online. amazing this guy still has a license.

Disappointed, never did much work, Ripoff,
I hired and paid his retainer, he told me on two upfront meetings that his fee would include everything to take care of my family law issue. It was to include requesting the same financial info. my ex had requested from me. It took him a year to actually request this information from my ex and then he out of the blue sent me an invoice charging me extra to do what he promised would be done from the start and included in the retainer. The only thing he did was go to court once to represent me, which was a disaster. He would not meet or talk with me prior to going to court, because I was told that it is a simple matter and we are prepared. I ended up having to pay my ex's attorney's fees and having to stand up for myself against the Judge and my ex's attorney - Randolph was not prepared, he did not prepare me, and he did not know how to defend me. After a year of my case not moving forward he finally requested my ex's financial information and I provided a detailed review along with a list of additional information that needed to be requested, but I could not get an answer on if he even requested the information that was missing or need to be corrected. All I got was a bill and when I questioned the additional charges and stated that I specifically asked upfront and he agreed that this was to be done with the retainer fee. His assistant called to tell me that if I did not pay this additional fee he would drop my case in 10 days. I called to discuss and sent him and email, but no reply other than I owe him money. Then after several weeks he sent a letter stating that he would drop my case if not paid in 10 days. I tried to call to discuss, but he would not call me or take my call. So I wrote him a letter asking for an explanation and continue my case to get modification resolution, which I paid for. I never heard anything from him, but continue to get invoices that I owe additional fees for expenses that were to be included in what I already paid. Other attorneys told me he should have asked for the financial information right away and that it should have been included in the initial fee, plus having verbally discussing it upfront and him agreeing specifically to do this work is not right. He said everything to handle my case would be included in his fee and he would be capable to resolve this legal family law issue. I felt as if I was being held hostage to pay his additional fee as he threatened to drop my case and would not answer my stating that this was to be included as we discussed upfront.

responsive
As a young lawyer Mr. Randolph was very knowledgeable, trustworthy and kept me informed at all time about what was going on about my case until the end

bad bad bad
Probably the worst lawyer i have ever delt with! Sent me my plea deal and pled me out to something completely different. Then would not answer requests from probation and the courts
