The issues in this case are whether Respondent satisfactorily corrected specified performance deficiencies within the 90-day probation period prescribed by Section 1012.34(3)(d), Florida Statutes, and, if not, whether Respondent's employment should be terminated.Respondent`s teaching certificate should not be terminated because the evidence was insufficient to show that the alleged performance deficiencies existed or persisted.
