The issues in this case are whether, and to what extent, the Respondent, a licensed citrus fruit dealer, is liable to the Petitioner for damages resulting from the purchase, handling, sale, and accounting of purchases and sales occurring during the 1992-1993 growing season, and further whether the Co- Respondent, Surety Company, is therefore liable on the citrus fruit dealer's bond issued to the Respondent.Citrus fruit dealer failed to properly pay or account for fruit bond surety is liable on bond.
