Whether, as alleged, Respondent, International Paper Company, violated the Human Rights Act of 1977, by discharging Petitioner from employment because of his race or color, and, if so, the affirmative relief which should be granted.Petitioner discharged for sleeping on the job several times not discharged in violation of Human Rights Act. This was not a racially motivated act by Respondent.
