The Guy(s) in the White Hat

35 T.I.C. owners were in their 11th hour of losing their entire commercial property investment (a $50 million dollar property) ....no exaggeration. Mark and his team rode in and fought battles on numerous fronts, against all odds. We are still fighting this battle, against teams of lawyers representing bad loan companies, loan processors and cheating property managers. The 'house' was dealing the cards from the bottom of the deck to the voiceless owners. (As a 26 year veteran in law enforcement, I never realized how much corruption there was in the commercial investment world). The battle continues, but Mark and his team have leveled the playing field, is exposing the bad players and I cautiously believe Mark will turn this into a victory..... not by his talk to us, but by his legal action/performance and preparation. These guys in the white hat are literally saving my wife and my 30 years of hard work in the investment field. When he said he will fight for us, he meant it!

Smart, Calculating and Compassionate

Mark Rubin, Attorney to the TICs (Tenant -in-Common)

So far, Mark has represented us in two co-owner properties that were in trouble and is now representing us in property #3. In both previous properties, we have had a positive outcome. The first property was given to Mark just before loan maturity and it was too late to save it, but Mark did recover some funds being kept by a previous Asset Manager and was able to have those funds returned to the co-owners. We NEVER could have done this on our own. In the second, the co-owners were ready to walk away from the property, but Mark has managed to come up with TWO offers to purchase the property - again, something we as co-owners could never do on our own. Mark has worked diligently on our behalf and my husband and I would recommend Mark in a heartbeat. We absolutely would use Mark again should the need arise.

Clever and Conscientious Attorney

I am currently working on a second major project with Esquire, Mark Rubin. I feel confident when he is in charge of a project. He is an exceptional communicator throughout the process and he keeps his clients' best interest in the forefront. He is also willing to bend his payment rules to fit our financial, cash flow needs... which has been crucial in the current project he is managing for a large partnership. He is direct and has clever ways of negotiating best possible outcome for his clients. He also seems to be a very honest fellow, which is not a common adjective for attorneys. I also will add that I live in California, Mark is in Florida and the projects he has taken on with me and my partners are in other states in the midwest and the south. So he can work anywhere in the country. I have actually never met him in person, but it has not affected his performance, but I do look forward to meeting him someday.

Mark Rubin.........My personal experience.

Mark Rubin is a "Bull dog" when representing his Clients. I have found him to be a man of integrity, very thorough, responsive to my concerns and a real worker to understand the facts of often complex problems. It is refreshing to me that he puts his clients needs "first", a characteristic I see less and less in our legal community today.
