Great lawyer

Jason Ponder

Jason Ponder performed poorly on my case in my opinion. My settlement agreement was poorly worded and included little protection for me. He was difficult to contact, did not follow through and sent letters without my review. To this day I have never seen billings against my retainer despite asking. I have now hired new counsel to fix the mess. I felt like the whole process was me winging it without an attorney to support me. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend

I would recommend Jason to my family and friends. I felt comfortable with him from my first meeting. He told me what to expect, and how he was going to proceed with my case. He is genuine, ethical, responsive and effective. Angela his paralegal is also great to work with. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt well taken care of with my divorce case and his billing is fair and reasonable I would hire Jason again, and recommend him highly.

Specific, efficient and conscious of all aspects

Divorce in Florida is somewhat technical but can be navigated with the proper information and guidance. Mr. Ponder never gave me an indication that my case was routine. I felt connected and aware of all aspects. It is never easy, but it can be solved without excessive damage to either party. Mr. Ponder proved to be quite savvy and in the end, I would select him again.
