: The issues to be resolved in this proceeding concern whether the Hernando County School Board (Board), the Petitioner, has just cause to terminate the Respondent's employment, related to alleged excessive absences, during the 2007-2008 school year.Petitioner demonstrated through proof of very excessive unexplained abasences, that it has "just cause" to terminate the Respondent`s employment.
