Whether Petitioner’s substantial interests are affected by the decision of the Nassau County School Board (School Board) to eliminate her paraprofessional position, and whether the School Board’s decision to terminate her was lawful.Respondent has a right to challenge her termination through a chapter 120 proceeding, and the School Board had no lawful basis to terminate her employment, when she was not terminated based on cause or a reduction in force.
