The issue in these cases is whether the Collier County (County) Comprehensive Plan amendments adopted through Collier County Ordinance Number 02-32 ("the Rural Fringe Amendments" or "the Amendments") on June 19, 2002, are "in compliance," as defined in Section 163.3184(1)(b), Florida Statutes.Challenge to Collier County`s Rural Fringe Amendments did not prove they were unsupported by data and analysis or otherwise inconsistent with compliance criteria.
