The issue is whether Respondent violated paragraph 2(G) of the December 14, 2010, Final Order of the Education Practices Commission ("EPC"), and, if so, the penalty that should be imposed.Petitioner demonstrated, by clear and convincing evidence, that Respondent violated a Final Order of the Education Practices Commission. Recommend penalty of suspension of educator's certificate for six months followed by two years' probation.
