The issue for determination is whether Petitioner must reimburse Respondent an amount up to $1,048,242.62, which sum Petitioner received from the Florida Medicaid Program in payment of claims arising from Petitioner's treating of pediatric patients between October 28, 2000 and October 25, 2002. Respondent alleges that the amount in controversy represents an overpayment arising from Petitioner's submission of claims that were not covered by Medicaid, in whole or in part.Petitioner must reimburse Respondent for amounts received from the Florida Medicaid Program in payment of claims for treatment of pediatric patients between October 28, 2000 and October 25, 2002, for services not covered by Medicaid in whole or in part.
