The issue to be resolved in this proceeding is whether Petitioner was terminated from his employment with Respondent because of his race in violation of Chapter 760, Florida Statutes.Evidence did not show Petitioner was discriminated against because of race. Comparable discipline were either not the same or employer was not aware of it.
