Whether Petitioner's application for renewal of her family foster home license should be denied on the grounds set forth in the February 13, 2007, letter she received from the Department of Children and Family Services (Department).Respondent failed to return personal belongings of the foster children who had been removed from her home. Therefore, the denial of a foster home licensure is warranted.
