The issue in this case is whether a district school board is entitled to terminate a teacher's employment for just cause based upon the allegation that he picked up an administrator and dropped her to the floor.District school board is not entitled to terminate a teacher`s employment for just cause, because the evidence failed to establish that the teacher had violently picked up an administrator and suddenly dropped her to the floor.
