Mark Lang was hired to file an important case on my behalf. After almost a year of preparation and his filing for extensions, we finally got together for one last meeting. I realized he had failed to grasp important and basic details of my case with his confusing which party acted in bad faith, which party had undertaken certain key issues to my case. Without any warning, he also demanded I sign another engagement letter more than doubling my fee. We lost in spectacular fashion with the opposing party detailing just how poorly my case was prepared.
This lawyer is very shallow, and cares more about the hours he's billed than making sure you have a solid case and plan in place. No way to contact him directly. Never saw him again after the consult until I demanded I speak with him.
