Hired Lippman to assist my wife in mortgage adjustment. Weeks later, requested status information. Was given teleconference appointment for two weeks later. Called then, was told he was with clients, & would call right back. 1 hour later received call from his office and told to reschedule. Fired Lippman receive $450 back of $750 pre-paid. Haven't received itemization of 1.2 hours. He only wrote one letter to mortgage company, with several stupid errors therein. No evidence of competence here.
