The issue to be determined in this case is whether the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (“Petitioner”) may properly terminate its contract with Perotte Driving and Traffic School, Inc. (“Respondent”), on the basis of failure to comply with the provisions of the contract, pursuant to section 322.56(3)(f), Florida Statutes.Respondent failed to comply with the provisions of the contract. Termination of the contract is recommended.
