The issues in this case are whether Respondent engaged in sexual misconduct in the practice of massage therapy, in violation of section 480.0485, Florida Statutes; engaged in improper sexual activity, in violation of Florida Administrative Code Rule 64B7-26.010; or failed to appropriately drape a client, in violation of rule 64B7-30.001(5); and, if so, what is the appropriate sanction.Clear and convincing testimony of victim proved Respondent engaged in sexual misconduct and prohibited sexual activity, and failed to appropriately drape his patient, which warranted a fine of $2,500.00 and revocation of license.
