The issue to be determined is whether Respondent violated sections 475.42(1)(b) & (d) and 475.25(1)(k) & (d)1., Florida Statutes (2008), and if so, what penalty should be imposed?Petitioner failed to prove allegations in Administration Complaint because it failed to prove Respondent received or expected compenation for services she provided as a favor to complainant.
