I felt very comfortable

Ms. Banks gave me a very informative consultation, when I called back almost 7 months later about an issue I was having with my house in Foreclosure she still remembered every detail and was able to pick my case right up. Not only did she get me out of Foreclosure with the Bankruptcy but her team also got me an affordable monthly payment so I could live in the house I worked so hard to keep.

1st degree Felony case

Ms.Banks represented my love one and he received a 10yr sentence she did not fight hard enough. She advised him to go to trail knowing she wasn't going to win. She is not out spoken. Not aggressive. Doesn't know how to bargain. Not prepared. Does not give good advisement. Shes to focus on trying to get her seat back as a judge which I don't understand why she keeps running every term just using her clients money for her campaign. My family and I are very disappointed and sadden that our love one is in prison when we trusted and paid her to get him no jail/prison time since this was his first offense. So to sum it up if you're looking for a "bull dog " attorney that's going to go word for word face to face with the state she's not the one. Don't waste your time, money, or freedom like we did with her. This is just to much time for a first offender.
