The issue to be determined is whether Respondent, Emily Randall, is guilty of violating section 1012.795(1)(f), (g), and (j), Florida Statutes (2014), and Florida Administrative Code Rule 6A-10.081(5)(a), as alleged in the Administrative Complaint; and, if so, what penalty should be imposed for the violations proven.Petitioner proved that Respondent failed to call in an absence and then lied repeatedly about it, and came to a pretermination meeting under the influence of alcohol. Recommend suspension and additional penalties.
