The issue for consideration was whether Respondent's license as a real estate salesman in Florida should be disciplined because of the alleged misconduct outlined in the Administrative Complaint filed herein.Inactive salesman confined in federal prison in California is guilty of misconduct under Florida Statutes. Recommend revocation of inactive license.
