The issue in this case is whether Respondent's license to operate a child care facility should be revoked for alleged violations of Chapter 402, Florida Statutes (2002 through 2005),1 and Florida Administrative Code Chapter 65C-22 as set forth in the Administrative Complaint.Respondent had numerous violations over several years; two provisional license periods; and one administrative fine. Respondent continued to have staff-to-child ratio deficiencies.
