Please Read, and Help us all Report. Textbook misconduct, diligence and communication
Please help us! Don’t just complain here online… We have to all report him together… You want your money back? A judge could eventually order Wes to pay all of the clients he has cheated and the Florida Supreme Court will suspended his license to practice law, citing violations of misconduct, diligence and communication. The Florida Bar just recently set up a client security fund that could help people that were poorly represented by attorney Justin Infurna, just google him. Everything that man did, I’ve experienced the same thing from (Wes Terry). The only way this will stop is for all of us to speak with each other and file our complaints with The Florida Bar association. Also Under Florida law (Florida Statutes § 95.11 (4)(a)), professional malpractice claims, including legal malpractice claims, are generally governed by a two-year statute of limitations. That is not a long window of time, to sue this guy. Please contact me at consumercomplaint@icloud.com, google that other attorney Justin above. As soon as we can reach, all the other people that have clearly been, just robbed by this man. We are going to submit an emergency petition to have his license suspended. It’s literally textbook example, of misconduct and fraud from Wes. You don’t have to be afraid of retaliation for all of us affected reporting him to authorities. This needs to stop, and until we all come together and report it together, the process will be very slow for him to be removed from practicing law and so many other people will get hurt. Please keep in mind that the Florida Bar through its Attorney Consumer Assistance Program, will first attempt to resolve the dispute through general negotiations. Which basically means, more delays because they are getting complaints singularly. Especially now with Covid, everyone is working remote and unless we come together as a group everything is going to move super slow. Either way, its up to you if you want to allow them to negotiate with Wes, but ultimately in my opinion the sooner we get this in-front of a judge like those other attorneys pulling the same thing as Wes, the better for everyone else so they can suspend him from practicing. Here is the florida bars, website roadmap for these kinds of issues, https://www.floridabar.org/public/acap/acap002/. This is the phone number is free hotline (866-352-0707). The intake counsel for these complaints is overwhelmed with a lot like everyone else right now. Again contact me at consumercomplaint@icloud.com and lets all try to submit everything in an organized manner together.
