FINAL ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Florida Real Estate Commission (Commission) on October 19, 2004, in Orlando, Florida, pursuant to a Recommended Order entered by Administrative Law Judge Donald R. Alexande·r on May· 13, 2004. After reviewing the entire record, including the transcript and the exhibits, the Commission hereby approves the Recommended Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommendation as proposed by the ALJ.
WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Petitioner's application for licensure as a real estate instructor by and the same is hereby APPROVED.
