FINAL ORDER


THIS MATTER came before the Construction Industry Licensing Board pursuant to Sections 120.569 and 120.57(1), Florida Statutes at the duly noticed meeting :m May 11, 2007, in Tampa, Florida, for the purpose of considering the Administrative Law Judge's Recommended Order of March 28, 2007 (attached and incorporated). At that meeting, the exceptions filed by the Respondent were not brought to the attention of the Board. Consequently, the Recommended Order was re-presented to the Board with the exceptions (attached and incorporated) on June 15, 2007 in Orlando, Florida.

Petitioner was represented by April Hammonds, Esquire, who was present at the hearing. The Board was represented by Diane Guillemette. The Respondent was not
