FINAL ORDER

THIS CAUSE is before me for entry of a final order concerning the Department's Amended Denial of Applications & Imposition of Fines signed February 8, 2018; denying Petitioner's two license applications, citing Petitioner for five statutory violations, and imposing a $2,500.00 administrative fine. The Recommended Order, dated September 27, 2018, concluded that Petitioner's licensure applications were properly denied , finding that the Department satisfied its burden of proving the violations in Counts I, II, Ill, and V, by clear and convincing evidence but found that Count IV had not been proven. Additionally , the Recommended Order denied the imposition of administrative fines. Neither party filed exceptions to the Recommended Order.

Accordingly, the Recommended Order is approved and adopted and the February 8, 2018, Administrative Compla int is UPHELD in part and DENIED in part, as outlined in the aforementioned paragraph.
