15 year old student loan
it has been 15 years and the department of education has failed to collect money from me or notify me, even after my doing taxes all these years. how can i get rid of all the interest and penilities.

There is too little to go on with your message. Is this a loan through a post-secondary school? Which one? Is this loan guaranteed by the feds? The state? Provide the particulars.
