I live in Los Angeles and went to see an ASU football game over the weekend. I'm 18 years old and my cousin who hadn't drunken anything was pulled over(he was driving I was in the back seat) for making too wide of a right turn. I had 4 beers before the game and the game started at 7. We were pulled over a little after the game and breathalyzed and I blew .018 (probably around 12-12:15) after being asked to be breathalyzed again I blew all zeros. The officer had written the citation already with .018 on it. I have a court date in Arizona this November. What should I do? I don't live in that state?

Mr. Lamm is correct. Certainly you need counsel to represent you and to challenge the officer's behavior and the underlying charges. Do not handle the matter yourself. Find an attorney you are comfortable with and then let him/her do what needs to be done (with your input of course).
