Changing a Will

Can an elder person totally change a will even if she presently has alzheimers?

A mentally competent person can change their will anytime. If incompetent, then no. Each situation would have to be reviewed as to the evidence of 'competence' at the time of executing the new will. If this is in SoCal and you need legal help in this, feel free to contact me.
