Do I Have a Libel Suit?
The following text [within brackets] are the Headlines of the newspaper and was published and posted on the Internet.
[Deputies: Men Molested, Beat Children At Church Home]
Another Paper says:
[Two men charged in sex abuse case]
Next to the headlines was a picture of me and another man.
Within the picture was the word [CHARGED].
I have not been charged or accused of any sexual abuse.
Do I have a libel case?
