facelift #2

I had a facelift which left me with an ear that is lower, unsymmetrical face, the right droops, the mouth is pulled and the lips droop . The eyes are pulled leaving hallows and unnatural lines across the temples.I have not been able to work due to depression and anxiety for 9 months. Do I have a case to sue ?

Yes. You will have to pay for a consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon willing to testify if, in his or her opinion, you are the victim of malpractice. Attorneys fees in med mal cases must be on contingency and the fee structure is governed by statute.
